2. Submit all documentary requirements.

Corporation/One Person Corporation

  1. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
  2. Latest General Information Sheet
  3. Latest Annual Financial Statement (AFS)
  4. Business Permit/Mayor’s Permit
  5. Bureau of Internal Revenue’s Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303)
  6. Valid Identification of Authorized Signatory
  7. Secretary’s Certificate of Authorized Signatory

Sole Proprietorship/Partnerships

  1. Department of Trade and Industry’s Certificate of Business Name Registration
  2. Business Permit/Mayor’s Permit
  3. Bureau of Internal Revenue’s Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303)
  4. Latest Annual Financial Statement (AFS)
  5. Copy of Bank Statement with at least 3 months transactions
  6. Valid Identification of Authorized Signatory

3. Sign the Merchant Agreement.

The Agreement, which contains the terms and conditions, terms of services, and merchant schedule, will be provided by BillEase. Please note that the details of the Agreement are strictly confidential.

4. Request access to sandbox.
